Add the possibility to include tables in rich text editor if possible

After a quick investigation I found this plugin https://github.com/SamyPesse/draft-js-table but it does not seem updated and integrated with react so it will need some work to understand if compatible. There are also some open issues related to support of table in the text editor repository react-draft-wysiwyg:

@AGMETEOR we need to complete the investigation for this and provide an estimate. We can consider extending our fork of react-draft -wysiwyg for the purposes of this issue.

@tdipisa and @allyoucanmap , there seem to be a couple of open issues requesting this feature. It doesn't seem easy to implement. But, I can take a dig into the plugin stefano mentioned and see if there's a way we can make that enhancement.
