Group association is not transferred in harvesting #23

During the CKAN-CKAN harvesting of non spatial metadata group association is lost.

Use case:

  1. Group "X" exists in node A
  2. A group with same name "X" exists in node B
  3. A given dataset on node A is associated to group X
  4. B harvests the dataset from A

==> the dataset in B is not bound to group X

A fix has been implemented but was not imported into CKAN since commit okfn/ckanext-harvest@212ed6700fa9ba6d7d4dd80fb50c9456eaf8bc14 already fixes it.
