Risorsa "Tolomeo" - bottone "Mappa" #3

In VistaRisorsa aggiungere un bottone "Mappa" che visualizzi un tolomeo a pagina completa usando la URL fornita in onlineResource. La URL va usata così com'è senza manipolazioni di alcun tipo.

resource_type deve essere avere settato "TOLOMEO:preset" per inserire il link a questa risorsa (Pulsante in alto a destra)
