Customize L&F

Reference site is http://test.dati.umbria.it/ You'll need to edit your hosts file and add the line

172.29.3.104 test.dati.umbria.it

We need to customize layout, colors, header and footer. Home page is not important since it not wile used (the landing page is handled by another service)

Responsiveness is mandatory, and should be compliant with the AgID guidelines for PA sites (compat with WCAG2.1 with score > 80% -- test the site using the tool MAUVE at https://mauve.isti.cnr.it/ )

In order to test an offline site:

• install the Singlefile plugin in the browser, which allows to download the whole page as a single file)
• save locally the html pages
• run MAUVE++ with the "load file" option

The plugin https://wave.webaim.org/ may be useful as well.
