Configure Basic Plugins

Configure the following plugins:

• [ ] Right bottom Toolbar with standard tools
• [ ] Right additional tools (Scalebar, Scalebox, Identify, Overview)
• [ ] DrawerMenu with the standard tabs:
  • [ ] TOC
  • [ ] Background switcher
  • [ ] Measure

Use the standard MapStore2 theme (include the proper css in the HTML page)
