#161 Use platform JDK package to leverage faster native JPEG encoding

This is a better alternative to the turbo-jpeg plugin, without the need of a native build, and uses significantly less memory (not easily OOM prone).

I've also reported the issue upstream, but I doubt it will get traction (at least, not soon):

• At Adoptium for the Temurin JDK build
• At Tomcat
