[Issue #242] Use of the new JAI-Ext TileScheduler instead of the JAI SunTileScheduler #243

Please look at the following issue: https://github.com/geosolutions-it/geobatch/issues/242. This pull request aims to set as default TileScheduler, the new JAI-EXT one instead of the old SunTileScheduler in order to avoid slipped conditions.
