Attempts to fix #28 #29

I am still trying to test to see if these changes will address the issue in #28. What is the process you use to build geosolutionsit/geonode-generic:master? Just a generic docker build at the base of this repo?

Note this PR is not intended for merging without further testing

Just a follow up: my patch above enabled us to have a successful deployment on rancher now. I built my own geonode-generic image based on yours but with the above patch applied and tested it. The image is published as kartoza/geonode-generic:master if you want to test with it.

thx @timlinux. tasks.py was inherited from upstream GeoNode master. Maybe you should send a PR there too. We will merge your PR.
