Improve descriptions in rancher file #31

We spent more time than we wanted to figuring out the parameter requirements so I added some improved descriptions.

Cool! It's still a work in progress, initially only meant for internal use, but your interest and contribute is welcome and much appreciated! It's a good motivation to improve it together ;)
