Remove the geocoding configuration from Mapstore client #204

This configuration is confusing and not well documented. I had already planned to remove it from the next version of the client

As we discussed with @allyoucanmap the best option would be to make the icon disappear if the underlying plugin is disabled. This will require some investigation, but I'm in favour of doing it in a clean way, rather then applying CSS hacks to hide the icon.
