docker-entrypoint.sh overwrtites external ssl certificates #38

As reported in the original issue https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode-project/issues/201 this must be fixed on all branches of geonode-project (3.2.x., 3.3.x and master)

@giohappy @randomorder pr tested carefully, I am going to remove the ec2 I created for this and related dns record
