Thesauri: configure RNDT thesauri

We may want to load and test the thesauri we'll be using in RNDT.

These thesauri will be used in the keyword GUI:

• INSPIRE themes: https://www.eionet.europa.eu/gemet/it/inspire-themes/
• Priority datasets: https://github.com/geosolutions-it/iso19139.rndt/releases/download/v1.0-RC1/httpinspireeceuropaeumetadatacodelistPriorityDataset-PriorityDataset.rdf
• Registro dei dati di interesse generale: https://github.com/geosolutions-it/iso19139.rndt/releases/download/v1.0-RC1/rndt-all1.rdf
• Spatial scope: https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/metadata-codelist/SpatialScope

Furthermore, we need these thesauri as well: they will not be used in the GUI for keywords, but will be useful in other GUI tabs:
