Creation of LayerRNDTForm for manage the new fields required
Add new migration file
Add new LayerRNDT model with some help function
add new block for the new tab in panels.html that will manage the new fields required
define of rndt_extra as new templatetag for LayerRNDTForm
Redefinition of views.pyfor layer update this is step-by-step what will do:
if the request is post, will take care of the new fileds by saving the value in the DB
will override the request by adding the information required
forward the request update to the original geonode-view to let it manage the normal behaviour of the layer
Bugfix on UUIDHandler, even if the uuid was changed, the systel as keeping all the metadata links. WIth the fix, will maintain only the new metadata links created with the new UUID
