WFS Schema Location incorrect in DescribeFeatureType #27

DescribeFeatureType provides an invalid xsd location under the schema location element for the wfs namespace (should be: http://schemas.opengis.net/wfs/2.0/wfs.xsd is: '/usr/share/apache-tomcat-8.5.12/webapps/geoserver/WEB-INF/lib/gt-xsd-wfs-16.2.jar (No such file or directory)')
