Extent filter doesn't match most of Nexus datasets #584

An extent filter set to the Pacific Ocean would have returned most (any?) Nexus datasets. Only 7 out of 155 are returned instead. It means the boundary of the dataset's resource is not set correctly, or something else is wrong.
