Customer is asking to have header and footer like: https://www.oeaw.ac.at/oesterreichische-akademie-der-wissenschaften/ and https://goobi.acdh.oeaw.ac.at/viewer/
It would be nice if this header continues throw the whole project, even in the mapstore (the color of the dark blue bar is #00122f)
