GeoNode: dynamic banner #20

The customer is asking to have a Banner which looks and works like the following screenshot: image.png

He means the arrangement of headlines, the search slot and this running banner image.

This issue should be possible to configure with GeoNode 3.2.x. We will consider just the carousel of images: image
