The WFS3 tiling E/R also assumes that the parameters "crs" and "bbox-crs" can be used to filter the data on the "convenience path", e.g., not direct tiles access, but getting MVT directly out of collections/{collectionsId}/items.
The Testbed14 has a CRS extension detailed, we might want to do only the above part to match the VTP E/R.
