Changes to messages and texts

• [x] Bikes view: when no bike is available let's insert a message like "Non hai ancora registrato nessuna bicicletta. Puoi inserire una bici utilizzando la tua area personale del portale SaveMyBike". We can insert a button to link to the portal web page
• [ ] Sessions: after the session list has been flushed (to the server) the list should be substituted by a message like "Le tue registrazione sono state prese in carico dal sistema. A breve le potrai vedere nella lista delle tracce. Assicurati di aggiornare la lista, trascinandola in basso col dito, per ricevere le nuove tracce elaborate"
• [x] Tracks: if no tracks are listed let's put the text "Non ci sono ancora tracce elaborate. Assicurati di aver aggiornato la lista, trascinandola in basso col dito"
• [x] Fix calories unit of measure: The statistics view show calories with unit of measure. Remove it!
• [x] Notifications: the vehicle type is not translated. FOOT, BIKE, CAR, etc. appear in english capitilized.
• [x] Add version at the bottom of the drawer menu ( Version : 0.8 Beta)
• [x] Add About entry to drawer menu --> it opens a view with info about:
