What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Follow installation steps
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Steps say copy the gdata files to C:\windows\assembly but you cannot copy
things into that folder. The instructions are wrong.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
server 2k3x64

Please provide any additional information below.
hashingpasswordfilter.dll is found in loaded modules in msinfo32 loaded modules
section. host was rebooted and nothing at all is generated on the person
object. the schema was modified to allow for 'hashedPassword' as a case
sensitive string. From the results I received, it does not appear the module
was loaded at all because it did nothing. Is there a log file somewhere?

Thanks.

should i be using gcutil or something to add it? the instructions do not
specifically state to do so. i notice references to googlehashupdater.log and
googlehashfilter.log in the issues register however searches for both of these
files on the system return nothing. the module clearly says it is loaded and
no log file to troubleshoot is found. the only oddity in my configuration is I
am using memberOf in my ldap query but it has been encased in () so should be
fine. anyone have any ideas? any help would be very much appreciated.

thanks.
