Wrongly recognized shownames #19

Basepath:
.../Serien/Lost S05
Filename:
lost.s05e12.blablabla.avi

Lost S05 is recognized as season dir with season=0, which is incorrect.
Also, as a result of this, Serien dir is used for showname.

Suggestion:
introduction of a blacklist for directories which mustn't be used as 
shownames, so showname can be recognized from filename. Additionally, 
maybe also extract from Lost S05 directory name.
