Adding the Planet Data driver to Cognition.
Adding the subdatasets API parameter for querying datasources which expose multiple datasets (ex. SkySatScene, PSScene4Band, PSScene3Band).
Improving manifest searching, now only use multiple processes if manifest detects multiple searches.
