Currently this is installed with a self-signed certificate, which creates nasty browser warnings.

Add the rest of the installation steps for ddclient + Let's Encrypt.

@eshook one complication with this is the first certificate issuance with lots of things asked by Let's Encrypt. And obviously the DNS settings for the official name. Perhaps TLJH already provides everything as described at https://tljh.jupyter.org/en/latest/howto/admin/https.html#automatic-https-with-let-s-encrypt but I have not tested it yet (in the past I did all those settings manually)

Solved by commit ebced69519
