Hover tolerance for the fun run/walk route #9

The current hover selection is too low for users to interact with the route (polyline). Both mobile and desktop users have difficulty hovering/selecting the line to gain additional information about the fun run/walk.

While desktop functionality performs as-expected, more mobile usability/functionality is needed.

This seems to be an issue with the Leaflet-AlmostOver demo as well (see: https://github.com/makinacorpus/Leaflet.AlmostOver). More research is needed to determine if a fix is possible with the plugin.

Closing this issue. While its not an ideal response, it would require quite a bit of reworking. Will investigate if used in future conference maps.
