The goal is to connect an iPhone/iPad (or any mobile device) from a computer's localhost, without serving it out to the interwebs.

Chrome and Safari's emulator can be extremely helpful, but is not always consistent with the actual experience on mobile devices.

There has to be a way, FIND IT!

One option is Adobe Inspect, although it is deprecated as of November 2015...
