Update Fox river data with new scripts

• [x] Create a file to have the parameter mapping from the new names to the old names
• [x] Add non-existing parameters to database
• [x] Update parameter mapping file
• [x] Remove sensors corresponding to Fox Data (probably need to check config or something to see associated sensors)
• [x] Upload sensors from csv file
• [x] Add datapoints to pertaining esensor
• [x] Move database to dev server

Fox River Station 544 has no coordinates

Uploading the datapoints seems to be giving an error, need to use postman to narrow down on the exact reason

Have a running local instance

but noticed that many instances have only one datapoint leading to these graphs
