Signed macOS binary, or link to instructions how to run #399

macOS makes it really difficult to run unsigned code.

The binaries for macOS should ideally be signed.

Here is how you can run an unsigned binary:

  1. Run it once
  2. Go to System Preferences, select 'Open Anyway'.

I was not aware of this and I'm not sure if we will find time to investigate here. But as the build process and especially the creation of the executables are likley to change in the near future this issue might just disappear. :crossed_fingers:
