Setup geostyler-converter-demo #1

Make a new demo project with a UI focused on converting from a style format to another. No map or legend preview, only a conversion between two text fields side by side and proper display of error messages.

Suggested functionnalities :

[x] 2 code editors side by side in sync
[x] dropdown for selecting style format on top of each of them
[x] copy to clipboard and save as file on each of them
[ ] handling drag and drop of a file
[x] language selection in the header of the page (dropdown maybe)
