Update devDependencies and add "engines" field to package.json #255

This updates all devDependencies to their latest verisons. It also defines "engines" in package.json

I'm not sure on how the "engines" field really acts when using this package in none "node" environments. So I'd like to just try it out with this package. If it works as expected we cann harmonize this.
