Debug mapfiles #12

Correct mapfile. Now all layers can be displayed. I've also improved the point layer to have a visual feedback on filter layers.

Do you know if we can have access to all the .png for the symbols? There are many pngs in the wms-bod\mapfile_snippets\etc\img folder we got from swisstopo but many are missing. I don't think it's an emergency but could be nice to have...

There are in the mapserver package I guess. But you can also find them here: https://github.com/camptocamp/demo_geomapfish/tree/prod-2-5/mapserver/symbols

But I would like to remove these symbols for now as we don't support that for now.
