Update to geostyler-style v7 #246

This updates the geostyler-mapfile-parser to the geostyler-style v7. It also adds the unsupportedProperties and updates the checkout action.

Maybe one of @mholthausen @ger-benjamin or @b4l have the time to review this. Would really appreciate if someone actually working with it would have a quick look at it.
