FileSymbolizer - graphicStroke #910

Feature Request

It seems that "graphicstroke" should be supported in getFillSymbolizerFromSldSymbolizer, but is there a reason it is missing?

Good point. As this follows the SE specification, it makes sense to add it.

Are you planning on providing a PR for this? (This would probably include a small change to the GeoStyler-Style FillSymbolizer as well).
