Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The StyleParserInterface could be cleaned up. Some ideas:

remove deprecated properties/methods
replace interface with class, so that we can add unsupportedProperties as static property (see https://github.com/geostyler/geostyler-style/issues/607)

Could you please clarify which methods or properties are deprecated. I can't see any of theme marked as deprecated.
