Cannot load icon for projects using the web interface #84

Update : @supranove : I tried replicating this issue on my local instance. and the photo was updated every single time :( . On the production instance, if you do not crop a photo, and upload a "square" image, it gets updated every single time.

url_for('static', filename='img/placeholder.project.png') points to broken image project_40_thumbnail_1439345144.png. Looking at the file closely, it resembles broken images uploaded through the upload interface.

@spMohanty @elliec I just tried to upload an icon and it seems to be working now. This may have been an odd server-side issue that got resolved when it was restarted. Does either of you get the error anymore?
