Update PointCloudRasterSources Provider #73

RasterSourcesProvider should support both IDW TIN RasterSources. Blocked by https://github.com/geotrellis/geotrellis-pointcloud/pull/67 Update GT Server to use the new PointCloud version and probably upgrade up to the recent GeoTrellis server.
