Decommission hosted instance of demo #96

There is a hosted instance of this demo at https://transit.geotrellis.io/ that gets automatically deployed via CI. The hosted instance should be decommissioned and associated deployment support should be removed from the repository.

Yes. We have discussed as a team taking this down as it no longer reflects current goals / functionality we want to highlight in GeoTrellis, and it is no longer on geotrellis.io

It looks like all deployment related to this demo specifically is within this repository. I destroyed all the resource and it looks like things are gone. Archiving this repository now.
