Migrate wiki contents to README #83

There is a significant amount of documentation in the repository wiki. Migrating it to the README would better surface it. This would help resolve https://github.com/geotrellis/maml/issues/59 as well.

Afterwards, disable wiki at the repository level.

The wiki material looks like great README material.
