More Information for the publishSettings #56

This PR adds more settings to the publishSettings in the build.sbt. This was done because before it was not possible to publish directly to binTray from sbt due to not having the the binTrayRepository set.

It wasn't possible? That's weird, I've succeeded at it multiple times before.

@fosskers Yeah, when I tried publishing yesterday I got an error saying that it didn't know what repository to publish to.
