Coverflow display mode and fast scroll #5

Holding LEFT or RIGHT on the D-Pad in coverflow, when the games start to 
scroll, they show the wrong cover for the game title until you stop scrolling 
,then it jumps and displays the correct cover for the game.

Using multiMAN 2.00.04

Coverflow mode completely rewritten and all issues fixed.
