This PR adds

uses a docker image dedicated for database (performance) tests
adds a test step in dockerize workflow for CI (db tests for unit, integration and performance)
simplifies the database test scripts
adds a migration to create missing partitions on pgwar.entity_preview

For unknown reasons, this PR marks 29 files as changed, that are actually not modified! Namely, the files in /server/ and /client/ have not been touched at all.
