prevent compilation of serial window #262

My focus constantly switches to serial, It is very annoying, what is worse is that it tries to compile it if it switches right as you goto upload etc, it then tries to compile serial, which causes it to mess up the serial window, cause the serial it say its still open , making starting it again a pain also.
