win10设备安装时windows defender报错说有风险用已有帐号登录显示"could not connect. ecode 4294967295". 能否解决一下？

是否是中国移动ISP？这个是连接超时。 windows defender报错应该是因为我的数字签名被微软看见的次数不够，任何比较小众的软件都会出现。

可否附上defender报的是什么错
