`mvn package` (`validate-project` target) fails on current master-forge #240

Full build/debug log in linked issue, but relevant output copied below. Are there any extra steps required to compiled and run gephi-plugins?

Hi, yes this is a known issue. The validate step is actually not run by default on the master-forge branch due to the release profile. The reason is because the validate step is designed to help plugin developers, which are normally working on a single plugin at the time. But I agree, we could make it work. I close the issue here as this is 100% related to the Maven plugin, for which you already created an issue.
