Twitter Streaming Importer V2.

Create new plugin structure
Use twitter-api-java-sdk as twitter library instead of Twitter4j
Adapt all Networklogic
Adapt Credential managment (Uses Bearer Token only)
Add and Delete rules on the fly
Create node column for rule tag when matching
Flush all tweet in queue at each "cycle" (using graph lock)
Based on Gephi 0.9.6
