We currently have one chat per repo which is closed (the conversation is lost) as soon as the user leaves the chat page. Instead of the repos lists there should be a list of open chat. A user should be able to start a new chat by selecting a repo. By clicking on an existing chat the user should be able to continue a conversation with codecaptain. In general the feature should work pretty similar to chatgpt.
