It should be possible to create an org.

TODO:

[ ] each user will be part of a "private" org with the username when registering
[ ] existing users are migrated to have their own private org as well
[ ] orgs have repos (instead of users)
[ ] a user can create an org
[ ] an org admin can add, remove additional members
[ ] each org needs at least one admin
[ ] an org admin can add, remove and index repos
[ ] an org needs its own open-ai token #43
