I went ahead cleaned up the scripts a bit (4 spaces, resolved most shellcheck issues (with that the scripts should now be "100%" POSIX compatible), added an environment variable to toggle if secrets should be backed up and updated the CronJob api version to be compatible with OpenShift 3.9/3.10.
