Team's Response

This is a misunderstanding. It is stated that while the mrec [INDEX] creates a record for the [INDEX] patient, vrec [INDEX] views the [INDEX] record of the selected patient (through the use of the 'view' command). This is because there may be multiple medical records for a single patient, so we require user to select the patient first.

This fact is also reiterated in one of our "Quick Tips" in the UG. Hence, our DG here is accurate.
