Arculator Issue #20

It is reported that Arculator does not like hard drive images created by Disc Image Manager - lack of 512-byte emulator header?

This does look like an Arculator issue, in itself, as Arculator leaves the disc handling to RISC OS.

I tracked this down to the Disc Record being wrong for ST506 drives. An option has been added to specify IDE or not. The resultant image now appears to work fine in Arculator (tested with RISC OS 3.11), and the IDE images continue to work with RPCEmu (tested with RISC OS 4.39).
