Add the BIOM type in galaxy #11

Creates the Class BIOM for galaxy types (https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/Datatypes/Adding%20Datatypes).

The biom1 datatype has been added in tools and in installation instructions. The next step is create a pull request in galaxy project with biom1 in default datatypes.
